Raspberries

Raspberries are bright red, with a hollow core and round shape. They have a fresh sweetness to them, but their tartness undertone makes their sweetness subtler than a strawberry. They also have a floral note which helps sedate the sweetness. 

Blueberries are a hybrid of flavours having a slight sweet taste with a bit of acid. They are bursting with flavour and have a juicy mouthfeel. A good source of antioxidants, with some Vitamin A and C. Should be stored in a covered container in refrigerator for up to a week.
