The Custard Apple has similar consistency of a ripe pear matched with a creamy, custard taste. You can tell its ripe if it gives slightly when pressed. You can cut in half and eat flesh by itself or use as a substitute for apples in your favourite recipes. It contains good source of Vitamins C, B6, dietary fibre, magnesium and potassium.
