Rockmelons are moist with sweet apricot coloured flesh, with white seeds in their centre. They have a distinctive sweet tropical flavour. Rockmelon is a delicious ingredient in salads, smoothies and eaten by itself. It's a good source of vitamins A and C. Small amounts of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, iron, magnesium and calcium.

How to Pick

Choose grapes that are plump, full-colored and firmly attached to their stems.

How to Store

Store unwashed grapes in an airtight container or in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge. For longer-lasting grapes, wash only just before serving.
